If you have Windows 98 or ME please use the full installation version.

The Pocket DVD Wizard is designed to work well on any Windows PC that can play DVDs using Windows Media Player.
Installation Instructions
When you click the download link you will be asked if you want to open or save the file. Select the save option.
Your web browser will download and save an installation program to your computer. When the download has finished simply find the file you have just saved and double click it to install the Pocket DVD Wizard.
