There are 'lines' on the converted video,  what can I do to remove them?

 

Answer.

 

Some DVDs use unusual frame rates that can result in lines on the converted video.

 

If you have a DVD that suffers in this way,  start the DVD selection as usual,  then on the preview screen select options from the menu bar.

 

Now,  select 'Deinterlace Video' from the options list to turn on the De-interlace filter.

 

This should then fix this for you.

 

This option will revert back to standard on the next conversion,  as it will slow down the conversion and is not required for the majority of DVDs.
