When I play the video back on my Windows Pocket PC,  or Pocket PC phone the picture is still small,  even if I click the full screen icon in Media Player.

You need to make sure you select 'VGA' when selecting a memory card size.   

 

Some modern Pocket PC and Pocket PC phones support this higher resolution,  so unless you select the VGA option,  you will only create a standard QVGA output,  that will be too small.

 

Selecting VGA will create a high resolution output file and will work correctly.
