I get a warning screen saying the selected profile cannot be found.

 

What can be done?

Answer.

 

Usually this is the result of one of two possible problems

 

1. You have not installed Windows Media Encoder or
2. You have not installed Windows Media Encoder on drive c:

 

Re-install the Pocket DVD Wizard and make sure you install Microsoft Media Encoder (this will be offered at the end of the main installation) and select drive c: for both the Pocket DVD Wizard and the Microsoft Media Encoder installation.
