Question.

 

When I backup a DVD,  Stage 1 does not complete the whole DVD.

 

What can I do?

Answer.

 

Start the DVD that you have problems with,  and select the track as you would normally.

 

Then when the preview is active,  click on the options tab and select 'Global Input Settings'.

 

A new screen should appear with a lot of options.  At the top right of this screen you should see a check box,  with the label 'Additional Compression (Force 24 Hz)'.

 

You need to make sure there is a check (or tick) from this box, then click the OK button.

 

This should then fix your problem.
