Question.
After I have selected the options, the Start Backup button remains greyed out, so I cannot continue.
What can I do?
Answer.
First, check you able to play back DVDs on your system using Microsoft Media Player.
The Wizard uses some parts of the Media Player to help read the DVD, and usually this is the reason the button remains greyed out, if Media
Player does not respond.
It seems since Windows Service Pack 2, some users have not been able to play DVDs in Media Player, which displays a copyright issue notice, but re-installing any dvd playback software, such as Power DVD etc fixes the problem with Media Player, and in turn, the Pocket DVD
Wizard.
