Question.
When playing the output file on my Pocket PC the video 'jumps'.
Answer.
Try selecting a smaller target file size.
The larger files use a higher bit rate, which some less powerful Pocket PCs cannot handle.
As a general rule, however if your Pocket PC cannot play the file, you do not need the additional quality offered by the larger file size as the rest of the system, such as the video resolution or processor speed will also only be able to play a lower resolution file.
Selecting a lower file size, and following the steps shown for audio jumping will usually resolve this issue.
